Placa de vídeo AMD Radeon R7 M445, trocada ?

Pessoal,
Sou novato aqui, sobretudo no Ubuntu. Recentemente (em torno de uma semana) comprei um notebook marca DELL modelo Inspiron 15 Série 5000 (i15-5567-D30C), ele vem (ou pelo menos deveria vir) com as seguintes configurações:
- Processador Core i5 - 7ª Ger;
- 8 GB de RAM;
- 1 TB HD;
- AMD Radeon R7 M445 2GB GDDR5;
- Sistema Linux Ubuntu.
Até aí tudo bem, só que eu comecei a procurar formas de ver qual a placa de vídeo que estava instalada no notebook, daí abri o terminal e inseri o seguinte comando:

E verifiquei que na parte 01:00.0, aparece lá [Radeon R7 M260/M265], ai fica meu questionamento qual placa que tá instalada ? Poderiam em ajudar ? Outra dúvida, era saber se a placa dedicada está sendo utilizada e não a integrada. Desde já, obrigado.
