Não consigo instalar flash ou qualquer outra coisa

Já tentei de todas as formas , mas acredito que pode ser um erro do ubuntu, aparece a seguinte mensagem:

Lendo listas de pacotes... Erro!
E: Erro de leitura - read (5: Erro de entrada/saída)
