Apache nao inicia no DEBIAN 10

Pessoal, bom dia.

Poderiam me ajudara ? Meu servidor apache nao carrega... nao sei o que fazer..

Esse servidor foi feito por um programador freelance contratado no Workana.. mas o mesmo sumiu... tenho um conhecimento mais basico de linux mas nao sei mesmo resolver essa questao...

Meu site esta dando problema no SSL e quando fui tentar resolver seguindo tutoriais na internet ao chegar em uma parte, fica dando erro falando que o apache nao foi startado..

Alguem pdoeria ajudar ? Agradeço muito!

Usei esse

Eu so consegui fazer esse comando :

sudo apt install python3-certbot-apache



na hora que o tutorial manda fazer o comando sudo systemctl restart apache2 ele ja da erro

Segundo a mensagem a porta do servidor já está em uso. Rode
nmap endereco_ip
p ter certeza

de qualquer forma, pelo q andei pesquisando, precisava instalar um script/bot para renovar esse SSL de 3 em 3 meses... acredito que seja isso o problema. o apache deve estar de fato rodando pois senao o meu site nao estaria no ar e funcionando (mesmo com o erro de ssl)

Tente
netstat -ltnp | grep ':80'
e poste aqui a saída.

Para ver qual é o processo, execute:
ps -wlpXXXX <<< em XXXX tu coloca o número do processo que apareceu no comando anterior.
Deverá aparecer o nome do serviço que está usando a porta 80. Poste aqui a saída.

E depois, tente:
kill -9 XXXX <<< aqui vai o número do processo.

Depois:
systemctl restart apache2.service
caso o Apache reiniciar sem erros, então o problema foi resolvido.

Em último caso tente:
fuser -v -n tcp 80 <<< para ver os processos
fuser -k -n tcp 80 <<< para matar os processos

Se der comando não encontrado, instale:
apt-get update
apt-get install psmisc
e tente o fuser de novo.

Talvez nesse script aí que tu falou tenha alguma coisa que está causando isso, mas acredito ser improvável porque o erro é bem claro: a porta 80 já está sendo usada.
Em último caso se não resolver, mude para a porta 8080 o Apache ou o outro serviço que está usando a porta 80.
