HELP !!!!!!!! HTTP EXTERNO

Equipe,

Tenho um servidor apache configurado, so que quando instalar o libssh2 parou de funcionar o meu acesso externo em HTTP, funcionando somente o https.

O que pode ser ? ja refiz todas as configurações possiveis.
