Problemas no acesso ao servidor

Ola..
O meu server esta com problemas You don't have permission to access on this server
Já dei permissão na pasta /var/www mas mesmo assim não foi.
Olha o error.log tem isso:

Boa tarde,
Comece atualizando os pacotes do apache, mod_ssl, openssl.
Depois verifique se o SELINUX não esta ativado, se estiver desative.

Permissões de Usuário e Grupo nas pastas com acesso do apache.
