Urgente Problema Redimensionamento de HD fdisk mostrando uma coisa, e df-h mostra outra

Ola pessoal Boa tarde!
Estou com um servidor Centos 6 fui tentar aumentar a Home em 100GB

Depois de executar alguns comandos o fdisk -l me devolve que o home aumento em 100GB
[root@localhost ~]# fdisk -l

Minha home continua com pouco espaço disponível!

Alguém pode me ajudar e resolver!
