Não consigo instalar o SCID vs. PC (e outros programas que exigem tcl) [RESOLVIDO]

Tentei instalar o SCID vs PC (https://www.vivaolinux.com.br/artigo/Scid-vs-PC-O-melhor-programa-para-estudar-Xadrez-no-GNULinux?pagina=2) e também já outros programas, mas o ./configure não consegue encontrar o tcl (apesar de ter no sistema o 8.6). Aparece o erro abaixo e não sei o que fazer (tenho uma vaga ideia de que preciso criar talvez um link, mas não sei de onde nem como). Por favor, me ajudem porque o problema tem ocorrido com vários programas que não consigo instalar

Na verdade, acho que faltava algum pacote. Não sei bem o motivo, mas instalei o tk-dev e resolveu o problema:

The Makefile configured for your system was written.

Now type "make" to compile Scid.
