ffmpeg php erro debian vps

to com vps debian instalei tudo ffmpeg mais no ffmpeg php apresenta seguinte tela

está dizendo que você precisa instalar os pacotes re2c 0.9.11 ou superior.

Digite re2c 0.9.11 no google que irá encontrar vários download's incluindo o site oficial.

Parece que você instalou uma versão errada. Ele está reclamando de várias coisas que não existem.

Confirma a versão que você instalou, se é compatível. Provavelmente não.
