Oi pessoal, sou iniciante no linux. Uso o Ubuntu 22.04 LTS e uma das portas USB do meu PC não está reconhecendo dispositivos.

Verifiquei o seguinte erro no boot (destacado em negrito):

Uma das portas USB simplesmente parou de funcionar. Queria saber se isso é HARDWARE ou posso corrigir o erro de alguma forma. Quando eu conecto um celular, ele carrega, então tem energia sendo entregue nessa saída. As demais saídas estão normais.

Fiz um teste adicional: Usei o comando lsusb no terminal para ver se ele reconhecia:

1 - Primeiro não conectei nada na saída e obtive o seguinte

2 - Depois conectei na porta USB que não está funcionando e obtive o mesmo resultado acima. Entendo que essa saída não está reconhecendo nenhum dispositivo.
