Erro na lib gir1.2-webkit-3.0 ao instalar editores markdown

Ao tentar instalar alguns editores markdown (typora) no ubuntu 19.10 estora esse erro:
gir1.2-webkit-3.0 but it is not installable
ja tentei isso tbm:

sudo apt install gir1.2-webkit2-4.0
