TVTIME não mostra imagem da placa de captura [RESOLVIDO]

olá amigos sou leigo com linux porém instalei o ubuntu a versão mais recente,só que estou com problemas com minha placa de Captura PixelView 8000 GT, sei que ni linux a placa é instalada os drive automaticamente, ai olhando foruns vi que pra ver a imagem se usa o TVTIME instalei mais a tela fica preta, alguém poderia me ajudar pra eu configurar pra funcionar direitinho? fico muito grato e sei que o mundo ainda tem pessoas boas pra ajudar a quem precisa. desde de já agradeço muito! vlw

Qual é o chipset da sua placa d captura? Existe uma lista dos cards para por como parâmetro no momento de carregar o módulo. O Ubuntu carrega o módulo d forma padrão, sem parâmetros, por isso q não funcionou.

na caixa informa as seguintes informações:
- Chipset: CX23883
- Bits do Chipset: 10 bits

Faça diferente. Coloque a saída do comando lspci -v para a gente analisar melhor.

Amigo, o primeiro comando que você mandou eu executar deu certo o segundo deu erro: veja!

Porém quando fiz o primeiro comando o que era tela preta ficou verde XIANDO! com chuvisco na tela como se estivesse fora de frequência, mais percebi que era da webcam, porem desconectei ela fiz os teste denovo e ficou tudo azul com uma mensagem "SEM SINAL, Arquivo ou diretorio nao encontrada. incapaz de abrir dispositivo de captura /dev/video0"
