Erro ao instalar phonegap.

tenta rodar assim.. nessa ordem:

sudo npm install npm@3 -g
sudo npm install -g cordova
sudo npm install -g phonegap

eu consegui fazendo da seguinte forma : apt install nodejs-legacy
