apt-get não funciona. [RESOLVIDO]

Olá galera, instalei aqui o ubuntu 11.04 hoje e ficou tubo beleza, a princípio, então percebi que o apt-get não estava funcionando, e nem os gerenciadores de atualização, que estão dando o seguinte erro:

'E:Encountered a section with no Package: header, E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/br.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_universe_i18n_Translation-pt, E:As listas de pacotes ou os arquivos de estado não puderam ser analisados ou abertos.'

então tentei usar o $sudo apt-get update e o $sudo apt-get upgrade e nada, não funcionou de jeito nenhum, alguem por favor pode dar um ajudinha ai? talves de como eu atualizo manualmente as listas?

Execute

sudo apt-get update 

e coloque o resultado aqui pra gente ver.

1 - o apt-get >>> está funcionando
2 - post sua sources.list >> su -c "nano /etc/apt/sources.list">>> senha do root...
se não tente sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list e copie o conteudo aqui ok

galera o que eu fiz foi pegar a pasta list em var/lib/apt lá na faxuldade e cola mais ainda não resolveu meu probelma, amanhã vou copiar de lá a sorce lista tambem pra ver se resolve.
