TOR BROWSER NAO "LIGA" [RESOLVIDO]

Boa tarde aos amigos,

instalei o tor browser e a unica mudança que fiz foi cometar as linhas da configuração para poder rodar como root... até ai tudo bem...

porem quando fui executar o omesmo e cliquei botao LIGAR, a barra carrega até a metade e nao vai mais, aparentemente o erro que da é este abaixo:

Analisando a saída, vou te perguntar o relógio está correto?
