ERRO Ubuntu Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Galera, é o seguinte:


Tentando instalar o apache, apareceu o seguinte erro na linha de comando:

dpkg: erro processando qmail (--configure):
sub-processo script post-installation instalado retornou estado de saída de erro 1
Erros foram encontrados durante o processamento de:
qmail
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Já tentei alguns tópicos aqui mas nada de sucesso,
Sempre que tento instalar algo ou algum comando sugerido dá a mensagem
de erro no processamento do qmail com alguma referencia ao dpkg


Tentei também o seguinte comando:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list


O resultado desse comando é:

Tentei na comunidade de Iniciante ao Linux e nada, Será que Alguém aqui pode ajudar,
pois praticamente quase todos os programas que tento instalar estão apresentando erros?
