[UBUNTU] Erros ao tentar fazer atualizações

Olá, sempre tenho esses erros ao fazer atualizações no meu Ubuntu, já procurei aqui no forum, e achei algumas soluções para problemas similares a esse sim, mas não funcionaram, então estou abrindo esse topico.

Problema:

Olhei em outras postagens e o pessoal pediu para ver isso: cat /etc/apt/sources.list

verifique se os links dos repositórios estão corretos...

O espelho está funcionando corretamente, o apt não mostra nenhum erro, estranho, mas de qualquer forma vamos lá:

Vá em Programas e Atualizações, tente mudar o Servidor para o principal.
