Ok, então faça o seguinte:
1º Abra um terminal e execute o comando:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
2º No arquivo que abrir, apague tudo e cole o seguinte:

3º Salve e feche o arquivo.
4º Execute os comandos:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f
5º Baixe o virtual box aqui:
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
6º Dê dois cliques no arquivo baixado e prossiga a instalação.
