Erro ao montar HD em Ubuntu Live

Bom dia, estou com um notebook com W8 que o usuario nao lembra a senha, e nem consegue recupera-la (conta microsoft), coloquei o pendrive com Ubuntu, quando tento montar recebo esse erro.

e quando tento montar pelo terminal recebo erra mensagem
