Microfone baixo e com chiado

Olá pessoal. Instalei o slack 12 em um notebook compac presario v6210br e to penando com o microfone. Depois de muito custo ele está funcionando mas com uma qualidade péssima. O som sai baixo e distorcido, além de muito chiado. A placa de som está funcionando bem. Ouço música com ótima qualidade. Ativei o full-duplex no kde. Meu amixer é este:

Já tentei de tudo. Já instalei a versão mais recente de todos pacotes alsa, inclusive o driver.

Se alguém puder ajudar, agradeço.

amigo, se vc conseguiu resolver esse problema com o mic, tenho muito interesse pois estou penando tbm. o meu nao funciona nem mal. ainda esta longe de funcionar pelo menos baixo e com chiados...
