Não consigo instalar algumas libs no Kali Linux

Olá sou novo nisso e tenho visto alguns tutoriais na internet principalmente neste forum , estou com problemas para instalar libs no kali linux .

Quando tento instalar qualquer coisa pelo gerênciador de pacotes da erro.
A princípio pensei ser minha iso , porém baixei uma nova e continuo com esse erro , estou quase desistindo.

vc precisa primeiro tentar este
# aptitude
vai abrir a tela do terminal ae vc digita a letra U
depois vc vai p/ terminal denovo
# aptitude upgrade
depedendo da sua ISO vc só precisa atualizar?

(só estava faltando atitude*)
