Converter .vob para mpeg ou outros formatos

Prezados
Gostaria de saber qual o programa que posso utilizar que rode no Linux é claro.


Eu já tentei instalar o tal dvdrip e não instala de jeito algum veja:
./configure

Note:

SKIP_UNPACK_REQUIRED_MODULES=1 perl Makefile.PL

Warning: prerequisite Gtk2::Ex::FormFactory 0.65 not found.

Já tentei instalando os pre-requisitos acima e nada. Lembrando que utilizo o Slackware 12.2

Alguém conhece outro que não seja o KungFu ou Thoggen.. pois este também não funcionaram
