Sei que muita gente já postou isso por aqui mas como não consegui resolver com as outras respostas imagino que o meu caso seja diferente. Acabei de instalar o Kde Neon 5.22 pois sempre amei o kde rs. Lembrei que meu pc recém montado não tem bluetooth então resolvi comprar um dongle usb pra resolver o caso. usando o lsusb achei o nome listado referente ao dongle "Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)". Até abro as configurações do bluetooth e ele reconhece, mas fica procurando eternamente pelos dispositivos e mal acha algum, o que ainda achou era um celular android e mesmo assim não conseguiu parear.

Se precisar de mais infos ou coisa do tipo só falar que procuro no sistema, eu precisava disso rápido pois preciso conectar os fones, no momento são minha saída de áudio.

Dessa vez a dica do Dio não resolveu, eu usava o mesmo fone em um note com kubuntu, a única diferença é que o note tem bluetooth de fábrica enquanto no pc eu preciso de um adaptador. O celular por exemplo até encontra o fone mas o pc não. Já vi pessoas com problemas parecidos com esses adaptadores, mas no meu caso o sistema reconhece e até começa a procurar dispositivos só que nunca termina nem acha muita coisa útil como o fone que é exatamente o que preciso.

Olá tive problemas com bluetooth, instalei blueez tudo que foi, o que resolveu foi o comando $ dmesg --level=err e veja se falta algum firmware ou há algum tipo de incompatibilidade e $ systemctl status bluetooth.service, pode dar alguma resposta também, $dmesg | grep -i "Bluetooth"

Vi que tu tinha mandado ele rodar um snifer bluetooth mas o cara não mandou nenhum output de volta, abri o snifer e simplesmente tentei conectar no pc com o celular ( apareceu o pc na lista de dispositivos bluetooth), o pc recebeu dados do celular mas não respondeu pelo que eu entendi:

Tempo de resposta limite LMP

LMP é o Link Manager Protocol, é o protocolo de gerenciamento de conexão com outros dispositivos.
Parece-me que não tem nesse bungle ou se tem está com defeito porque não respondeu.
Esses dongles estão com vários problemas, tanto no windows como no Linux, muito mais no Linux.
Mas enfim, tenta instalar um Bluez aí ou outro desses, vai que dá certo.

No log do dmesg mostra problema p iniciar o dispositivo " CSR: Unbranded CSR clone detected; ". No link sugerido do comentário #6 há um patch de correção e abaixo nos comentários há alguns procedimentos sugeridos que teriam funcionado para outros usuários, entre eles atualizar a versão do kernel(5.8 nas threads)

Bom, não sei muito de mexer em kernel mas criando um snapshot do sistema fico mais tranquilo, acontece que é sugerido usar a versão do kernel sendo a mesma do kernel que estou rodando. Estou rodando o 5.11.0-34-generic e não estou achando onde baixar essa mesma versão de kernel. Não tem mesmo como baixar algumas versões específicas ou deixei passar alguma informação?
