ajuda com erro php

É o seguinte comprei um script de autosurf e ele aparece esse erro:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

quando eu digito http://nomedosite.com/layout.html ele mostra a pagina html, mas a pagina index.php aparece aquele erro citado acima.

Tentei criar um .htaccess com o erro 404 ai ele muda o erro inicial para 500 not found.

Ja olhei e as pastas estao com a permissao 755 e os arquivos 644. Como resolvo esse erro?

Galera quando eu apago todos arquivos e faço upload o site fica online uns 2 minutos logo depois disso cai e aparece :
