Postfix: "Recebimento não Funciona"

Olá pessoal,

Estou com o seguinte problema, tenho um servidor cloudy da locaweb onde tenho ubuntu 8.04 server instalado, instalei todos pacortes para trabalhar como servidor de web e e-mail, tenho o postfix instalado com o ispconfig. As contas foram criadas tudo ok. Porém agora só consigo enviar mensagens normalmente, porém não recebo mensagens ela retornam com a seguinte mensagem por exemplo:

Depois de reconfigurar o postfix em busca de uma solução obtive um outro erro no retorno dos e-mails.
