Olá! Recem instalei ubuntu mas ele não reconheceu meu dongle bluetooth. Quando eu vou nas configs do ubuntu, ele pede pra conectar o dongle. Recentemente o dongle foi usado em outro OS, de modo que sei que o dispositivo funciona. Como faço para fazer ele pegar? Detalhe: o dongle é um daqueles baratinhos sem marca

Dá um confere no teu syslog pra saber o que está ocorrendo ao plugar o dongle. Primeiro abra o log:

$ sudo tail -f /var/log/syslog

Depois plugue o dongle.

As mensagens de log quase sempre te dão a pista!

Olá fabio. O dongle bluetooth está conectado, mas para o ubuntu é como se não tivesse, ele não detecta. O comando que me passou retorna isto:

Verifique se o bluez está instalado:

$ sudo apt install bluez

Assim como o serviço bluetooth rodando:

$ sudo service bluetooth start

* bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service

Não tenho foto, estes comandos aí eu coloco com ou sem o #? Também fiz os porcedimentos acima. Tenho Blueman e Bluez instalados, quando eu clico para configurar um novo dispositivo no ícone do bt ele trava
