Driver para Placa Dell Wireless-N DW1530 no Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS

Galera, instalei o ubuntu 14.04 no meu note Latitude E6420 e não consigo habilitar o Wifi.
Não consigo habilitar a wlan.

-rode comando: lspci
-veja saida da linha network-controller
-se for uma broadcom , conecte via cabo e tente instalar driver proprietário pelo drivers adicionais e reinicie notebook
