Problema com adaptador wireless externo no SUSE [RESOLVIDO]

Instalei recentemente o SUSE 11.4 e estou com alguns problemas com o wireless.
Pergunta:Como instalou?

Estou tentando usar um dispositivo externo da kaiomy mas ele demora muito para conectar a rede (entre 5 a 10 min) fica solicitando toda hora a senha da rede wireless (segredo de senha) já no que diz respeito ao ADSL, eu consigo me conectar quase que instantaneamente.
R: Wi-Fi, correto? Qual a distancia do ponto de acesso?

Preciso configurar o meu dispositivo para que a rede seja reconhecida com mais rapidez?

Agora me fala como você tenta se conectar? Wicd, pppoe-setup, Network Maneger?

Digita carteira KDE no menu K e exclui a senha, não lembro bem pois não uso KDE e sim FluxBox
