No cenário onde tenho Internet >>>>>firewall >>>>>Switch >>>>> Servidor AD/DNS – Servidor de Arquivo – DHCP – SQUID/proxy – Apache/Internet - FX DE IP SERVIDORES 10.10.0.0/24 ESTAÇÕES 10.10.10.0/24 . OS USUÁRIOS ESTÃO ACESSANDO A INTERNET E DE UMA HORA PARA A OUTRA TODOS OS USUÁRIOS DA REDE COMEÇA A DAR ACESSO NEGADO OU FICA PEDINDO AUTENTICAÇÃO DE PROXY. Como solucionar esse problema por gentileza passo a passo e justificativa

Amigo desde quando acontece isso e foi após alguma alteração?
Isso pode ser varios fatores.

OS USUÁRIOS ESTÃO ACESSANDO A INTERNET E DE UMA HORA PARA A OUTRA TODOS OS USUÁRIOS DA REDE COMEÇA A DAR ACESSO NEGADO OU FICA PEDINDO AUTENTICAÇÃO DE PROXY.
Não foi feita nenhuma alteração.

Sim pode ser varias coisa mas pode verificar a linha no seu squid.conf crie ela se não existir:

auth_param basic credentialsttl 8 hours

 

Note que deixei com 8 horas para evitar que peça autenticação novamente sem reiniciar o browser.

Se não resolver poste seu squid.conf para a galera do VOL dar uma olhada se tem algo errado ou que possa ser alterado.

Você poderia me descrever um do problemas mais comum que pode causar isso, e um passo a passo para que eu tente resolver.

Outra forma d analisar é visualizar os logs do Squid para ver se há alguma msg d erro com relação às autenticações (/var/log/squid/*.log).
