Este .conf esta estranho

Boa noite,

Sou iniciante em Linux, instalei a distribuição Fedora 12, e pretendo subir um servidor Squid, para minha surpresa quando entrei em /etc/squid/squid.conf apareceu a configuração abaixo, sou novato, mas creio este arquivo de configuração necessite das linhas de "cache" exemplo,

cache_mem 16 MB
cache_swap_low 90
cache_swap_high 95
maximum_object_size 4096 KB
cache_dir ufs /var/cache/squid 1000 16 256
cache_access_log /var/log/squid/access.log
