Estou com um problema com o nagios a maioria dos comandos estão aparecendo conexão recusada

dns
cpuload
memory
uptime
e etc

A maioria parece critical e conexao recusada , vou postar como esta o meu arquivo windows.cfg

entao eu teste com essas configurações e so o UPTIME que ficou critico, o dns o disco e oracle estao unknown minha duvida e se realmente o problema esta nas configurações ou algum problema com a maquina algo bloquando ?
e ele esta monitorando ou nen a isso esta chegando ?
