Olá a todos!

Recentemente, nos deparamos com um erro ao tentar salvar arquivos .doc no servidor de arquivos.

Apresenta a mensagem: 'W:\CAMINHO_DO_ARQUIVO.doc' está sendo usado no momento. Tente novamente mais tarde.

O problema é que este arquivo não está sendo utilizado em lugar algum (já comprovado), e ao tentarmos salvar este mesmo documento como um novo documento, o documento é salvo em branco.

Fuçando os fóruns, o pessoal indica visualizar o veto files, para tentar verificar se as extensões estão bloqueadas. (Já verificado e nada bloqueado).

Temos este servidor rodando a mais de 5 anos, e é primeira vez que isto acontece.

Observação 01 As permissões de w/r dos usuários continuam as mesmas das configuradas 5 anos atrás.

Observação 02: Os problemas iniciaram ao notarmos que o HD de backup estava lotado, porém, mesmo depois da substituição do HD Backup o problema continua. O backup é configurado para que todo os dias às 00:00 subscreva os arquivos modificados em um disco backup.

Observação 03: Outro detalhe estranho, é que o backup está configurado para fazer um espelhamento de toda o disco, em outro disco similar. Contudo, notei que o disco atingiu seu limite, mesmo sem o principal atingir seu limite.

Ou seja: O disco principal tinha 540GB de espaço utilizado, e o disco backup atingiu o limnite de 1TB. Estranho?

Alguém tem alguma ideia do que está acontecendo?

Segue o script do backup:

Quanto ao arquivo do Office, não sei como resolver, mas em relação ao HD de backup lotar antes que o principal, isso provavelmente ocorreria da maneira que está sendo feito o backup.

Se alguém salvar um arquivo A no HD principal, esse arquivo será copiado para o HD de backup. Mas se alguém apagar o arquivo A do HD principal, ele continuará no HD de backup.
Não estou dizendo que a forma como você está fazendo backup está errada, pois para cada situação é necessário uma forma de backup diferente, mas só estou dizendo que não há nada de anormal em o HD de backup lotar antes do principal.

Lembrei de uma coisa: vc já olhou os inodes do seu sistema de arquivos? Pode ser q não haja mais inodes disponíveis para gravar. Quando isto acontece, ele "lota" o seu HD sem ocupar todo o espaço em disco. Lembre-se: um arquivo ocupa um inode...
