Squid - internet nao funciona

Estou com o seguinte problema:

Tenho um servidor Win 2003 com AD e um servidor Proxy com Squid, Winbind, Samba.
Quando os usuarios da rede logam nas máquinas e abrem o browser para acessar a internet aparece a tela de autenticação do Squid, que por sua vez entrega para o AD realizar a autenticação dos usuarios.

De uns dias pra cá não aparece a tela de autenticação para o usuário e com isso o browser nao carrega site nenhum.

Alguem pode me orientar?

manda ai teu squid.conf para analise.
ps: usa um arquivo zip e manda via rapidshare ou outro serviço do tipo.

As vezes que o problema aconteceu do syslog pude observar o seguinte...
