galera perguntas basicas

quero liberar tudo na rede, um simples allow all do meio dia até as 13:30
para todos os usuarios

tenho de por a regra antes de tudo?
tem alguma ordem especifica dessa regra para ela funcionar?
ainda nao testei, só pra garantir mesmo...

aaah e como ela ficaria certinho?
