Erro no apt-get update Ubuntu-15.04

Estou usando o Ubuntu 15.04 e ao usar o comando

apt-get update 

aparece o seguinte erro:

Ubuntu-15.04 já está sem suporte e sem atualizações desde fevereiro 2016
Use 14.04-lts ou 16.04-lts

Não queria ter que instalar outra versão, pois estou com uma base de dados que foi muito trabalhosa pra migrar. Tem outra solução?

Eu faria bkp e instalaria versão LTS
