ath5k não acha rede e/ou fica desativado por hardware

Olá senhores...

Troquei recentemente a placa Wifi do meu note (Microboard Ultimate) (De uma 3DSP (Uma porcaria diga-se de passagem) por uma Atheros 5007) e agora a rede sem fio não funciona.

E o comando Rfkill List:

Já tentei a maioria das dicas, dentre as principais... sudo rfkill unblock all, sudo modprobe ath5k e o máximo que consegui foi alterar o status de "Wifi desativado por Hardware" para "Desconectado" mas sem achar nenhuma rede.

Vale ressaltar, na BIOS não tem opção de ativar o Wifi e por combinações de teclas não funcionou! (Fn + F3)
