Mudar cor de tema no Xfce 4.10

Olá, pessoas.

Eu baixei o tema Adwaita Graphene e gostei bastante dele, mas o que me incomodou é que no seletor de janelas (do painel) o contraste entre a janela selecionada e as inativas é pequeno, o que atrapalha na hora de mudar de um programa para outro, então eu abri o arquivo "/usr/share/themes/Adwaita\ Graphene/gtk-2.0/panel.rc" e vi que tinham várias linhas comentadas que se "descomentadas" deveriam fazer alguma mudança específica no tema. Vejam o conteúdo:

Originalmente, a linha "bg[ACTIVE] = "#000000" # Makes active buttons dark." estava comentada e continha o código #333333, então só para fazer um teste, botei 000000 e descomentei a linha, mas acontece que não ocorreu mudança nenhuma no tema. Já tentei deslogar e logar novamente, mudar para outro tema e voltar para o Adwaita Graphene, mas nada de mudar a cor da janela ativa no painel.

Se não me engano, baixei o Adwaita Graphene no gnome-look.org. Será que o Xfce não reconhece essas mudanças? Preciso apagar algum cache específico?

Uso Debian 8 com o Xfce na versão padrão (4.10).

Ja tentou trocar o numero da cor sem descomentar a linha?
