Habilitar Adaptador Wifi no BackTrack5 R3

Olá pessoal,
Sou novo no Linux e estou apanhando um pouco.
Baixei o BackTrack 5 R3 e estou rodando numa máquina virtual VMware.

Estou usando um adptador wiriles externo, porém não estou conseguindo habilita-lo no BackTrack, o modelo é o WA-150U Enhanced da KAIOMY.

Quando uso o comando "airmon-ng", aparece somente o seguinte:
