O CBQ NÃO LIMITA BANDA CORRETAMENTE, FICA LIMITANDO EM TORNO DE 40KBPS, ONDE NA VERDADE ERA PARA FICAR 300KBPS!

SERÁ QUE O CBQ NÃO ESTÁ LIMITANDO BANDA, DEVIDO ALGUM ERRO OU PROBLEMAS NA PLACA DE REDE ETH1????
