Como instalo o Stoq no ubuntu 10.10

Olá boa noite a todos, gostaria de saber se alguém sabe de um tutorial ou sabe como faço para instalação de um programa de automação comercial chamado stoq.
Já tentei pelo terminal deu erro, já tentei pelo repositório deu erro algum problema com uma chave que não lembro bem.
Baixei o live-cd e da o seguinte erro quando clico no wubi.exe

Obs: tem que ser bem explicado pois sou leigo em linux.
