Diagnostico de CPU

Galera no comando cat /proc/cpuinfo como eu faço para identificar se o CPU é 32 ou 64 bits ??

Outra duvida e se tem como eu ver se uma interface de rede está em half ou full duplex pelo comando ifconfig
