Ajuda [RESOLVIDO]

Boa noite a todos!
Recentemente instalei novamente meu ubuntu, preciso reinstalar vários programas e ajustar várias coisas.
Porém não estou conseguindo realizar as atualizações e nem baixá-las. Tentei, inclusive, modificar a linguagem do sistema para pt-br e até mesmo isso dá erro.

apt-get -f install não está funfando e nem dpkg....

1-apenas ubuntu-12.04 e o ubuntu-1404 ainda tem suporte e atualizações

2-se vc está usando qq outra versão sugiro que faça bkp de seus arquivos e instale o tt-14.04

Cara , eu fiz uma dica sobre isso[1] , espero que ajude.Quando possivel , instale o Ubuntu 12.04 ou o 14.04

Agora o lance é você copiar e colar as mensagens de erro do terminal, do contrário a gente vai ter que pagar uma cigana pra ler uma bola de cristal e adivinhar o que está acontecendo aí. Já adianto que o meu tarô não disse o que era.

É que assim....eu já enfrentei esse mesmo tipo de probelmas antes...com atualizações e instalações no início...
Porém conseguir corrigir com apt-get install -f (não me lembro exatamente)
Mas eu sei que é possível...só não sei porque está assim desta vez :P

O install manda corrigir com update e o update falha também, segue absolutamente todas as linhas de erro de ambos comandos:

Está dizendo que tem entradas duplicadas no teu arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list.
Entre nele e remova as entradas duplicadas.

Para este erro:

E: Não foi possível obter trava /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)

Execute:

# rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

E execute apt-get update.
