Não consigo conectar na internet

Bom, eu baixei o Linux Mint ontem por recomendação de um amigo e instalei normalmente, quando fui conectar a um wifi, não aparecia a lista de redes, meu notebook não tem entrada para internet via cabo. O que eu posso fazer?

É um notebook positivo motion q232a.

Verifique se dispositivo de rede wifi do notebook está habilitado:
- pelo setup
- pelo teclado (geralmente tecla <fn> + tecla <wifi>)
- por um botãozinho existente em alguns notebooks

Verifique se dispositivo de rede wifi foi reconhecido.
Use um programa gráfico ou o comando abaixo:
sudo lshw -short -c network

Caso afirmativo, verifique no ícone de redes (na Barra de Tarefas (Painel)) se wifi está habilitado.

Dei esse comando no terminar, apareceu isso:

Já a tecla de wifi não tem no note.

Ola,

entre no terminal e digite o comando lspci e mostre o que aparece.

o LInux Mint não reconhece o seu dispositivo de rede... veja essa dica:

Tente mudar para o Manjaro (recomendo o Xfce):

Sabe se precisa de Driver pra placa wifi?
