Nao estou conseguindo instalar o driver [RESOLVIDO]

Ola, nao estou conseguindo instalar o driver proprietario pelo terminal, aparece que o arquivo ou diretorio inexistentes, sendo que eu baixei. Este é o erro:

~$ /NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.131.run -x
bash: /NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.131.run: Arquivo ou diretório inexistente

Navegue pelos diretórios ate o arquivo com "cd" exemplo:

$ cd /home/$USER/Download/ 

Para ir ate o diretório Download.
E então executa o arquivo da seguente maneira:

$ bash ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.131.run 

Porque você não esta instalando o driver proprietário através do "Driver Adicionais" ?
É mais fácil esse método "Driver Adicionais" já o manual que você esta tentando fazer precisa preparar o sistema primeiro caso ele não esteja preparado vai dar erro.

CPU i5-8400 GTX 750 SofRaid 4xSSD 16GB DDR4 mesmo assim uso Lubuntu.

Por que nos drivers adicionais não aparece nada, e fala que não tem nenhum driver em execução
Por isso que estou tentando instalar pelo terminal

Estava usando o Linux mint xfce 19.3, só que estava travando a tela, então fui para o linux mate 19.3, está mais estável.( Essa confg foi quando estava com o mint xfce 19.3, mas é o mesmo)
