Linux Windows - DualBoot

Bom dia a todos!

Gostaria de sugestões quanto à situação a seguir:

Instalei em dual-boot particionado adequadamente o WinXP, o Debian 5.0.3 e o Server 2003. Configurei o boot no GRUB normalmente, para escolher a prioridade de boot. O caso é que aparece a sequência na inicialização (mostrando o Win (loader) e o Debian. O XP e o Debian funcionam bem, o Server 2003 chega até a tela de logon e não aceita prosseguir... Não loga! Não funciona, portanto. O que poderia ser?

Andei pesquisando muito sobre o assunto, achei alguns similares, mas nenhum realmente desse jeito.

Agradeço a quem puder ajudar.

se não me engano, em algumas situações, o windows (principalmente o server) exige uns cheats no grub,
chainload, aquela opção que troca o drive logicamente, etc.
posta o seu menu.lst e seu esquema de discos e partições aí pra alguém mais sabido que eu te ajudar.

Ok! Vou postar o arquivo de configuração do GRUB (menu.lst) para que vocês possam me auxiliar...

O caso é que a máquina está no meu local de trabalho e por lá ainda falta estruturar para envio e só retornarei dentro de alguns dias...

Portanto, em breve eu salvarei e divulgarei aqui.
