Ola,
Sou usuário novo aqui no forum, eu procurei bastante e não achei nenhum topico sobre esse assunto aqui.
Venho enfrentando diversos problemas com servidores linux em hyper-v, recentemente montei um debian-7.6.0-i386 com apache e mysql, e sempre da kernel panic a cada 1 ou 2 dias, ja testei outras versões, como debian 7 AMD64, debian 6, ubuntu entre outras versões, e sempre tenho problema com kernel panic no hyper-v.

Gostaria de saber se existe uma solução para isso, ou se existe uma distribuição especifica que seja compatível com o hyper-v.

Olá,
Instale e configure na distro o kdump. Ele criará um log (que pode ser armazenado no disco, ou enviado via nfs, smb, cifs, ssh, etc...) no exato momento do kernel panic, na configuração dele você pode ativar diversos parâmetros para melhorar (aumentar) os dados armazenados neste log.
Ao ocorrer o panic, você usará este arquivo de log gerado, mais uma cópia do kernel (dev) e juntamente com alguns programas de analise (crash) conseguirá achar exatamente o que está ocorrendo.

Pesquisando, há vários casos de crash com linux no hyper-v, mas cada um tem sua solução (procurando no google, há bastante casos com o CentOS), mas quase todos, inclusive em outras distros instalam um modulo de kernel na VM (kmod-microsoft-hyper-v)...

vamos ao detalhes, sem isso não da para resolver o teu problema.

em quem situação da Kernel Panic?

qual é a mensagem de erro?

voce tem log disso?

no servidor em questão o update esta habilitado?

o Hyper-V atualiza constantemente?

se possível descreve mais o ambiente em si, tais como arquiteturas de sistemas operacionais, quando as máquinas fazem update e por fim... qual erro ocorre.

Então,
Tenho duas maquinas uma com debian 7.4 amd64 e a outra com debian 7.6 i386.

A com debian 7.6 i386 é mais critica, ele só roda apache e mysql, sem interface grafica, não esta habilitado nenhum update automatico.
vou passar alguns logs, eu pesquisei e não achei nada na net.

No horário do kernel panic não gera nenhum log, somente depois quando a maquina esta sendo ligada, mas vou deixar os logs que tenho.

Ainda estou com o problema, creio que é alguma incompatibilidade com hyper-v, pois ja fiz outras maquinas e tambem apresentam o mesmo problema, alguem sabe me dizer se existe alguma versão que não tem problema com hyper-v?

eu analisei a log e vi um possível Gargalo de memória RAM.

pode ser que primeiro ele comece com 90% de uso da memória RAM e va alocando isso no SWAP depois o SWAP enche.

vejam as linhas que falam sobre o start-time e a qtde de memória de uso e disponível.

para monitorar use o:

nmon

ele é bem enxuto e pode lhe ajudar com diversos problemas.

Favor verificar o possível gargalo.

sugestão de recursos para monitorar;

quantidade de uso da memória ( ao ligar, ao usar aplicações pesadas )
qauntidade de uso do swap ( ao ligar, e ao decorrer da utilização do pc, se o computador mantem um taxa crescente de uso da mesma ).

ta normal a questão é o que pode acarretar esse travamento.

teria que monitorar as aplicações ver se tem alguma com Flik-memória ou mesmo objetos que não foram desalocados.
