Alterações data de início horário de verão

Caros amigos,

Essa semana atualizamos através do YUM dezenas de servidores Linux redhat para que refletissem a nova data de entrada do horário de verão em 2018. Como sabem, esse ano a data foi empurrada mais para frente em função das eleições.

Originalmente estava assim:

Após a aplicação do patch, as datas foram alteradas conforme o decreto do governo:

A questão é que novamente o governo alterou a data, agora para 18 de novembro por causa do ENEM e, pelo menos até o momento, não há patch disponível para acerto do TZDATA.

Alguém sabe de alguma coisa?
