Erro Python2.7 e 3.2

;Ae galera, instalei o ubuntu 12.04 na minha maquina recentemente, e tive um pequeno incidente que nao consegui resolver, já olhei o gerenciador de pacotes, desinstalei, reinstalei, utilizei o update-alternatives --config, --install, troquei a sources.list, enfim....sem resultados.

Qaundo dou um comando pra instalação de qualquer aplicativo:
$apt-get install QUALQUER PROGRAMA


ele retorna o seguinte erro:
