Falha na atualização para Ubuntu 13.04

Boa tarde! Estou com problemas na atualização do UBUNTU 12.10 para UBUNTU 13.04.

Estou tentando fazer a atualização pelo terminal já que pelo Ubuntu Software Center também ocorreu erro.


Utilizei o comando:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade


Abaixo os erros:

-eu não atualizo de uma versão p/ outra pq a ocorrencia de erros é muito comum, uma vez que o ubuntu não é uma distro rolling release
-eu sempre faço instalação limpa a partir do live-cd
-vc fez BKP se seus arquivos antes de tentar atualizar?
-vc te /home separada?
