A partição swap foi formatada com o tipo de arquivo linux-swap no Gparted?
Se não, formate, se sim, faça o seguinte para substituir o UUID antigo pelo novo:
Copie a parte referente ao UUID da nova swap aí do blkid. Só os números:
206dcbeb-5df6-43ad-b8ae-b745a23e8155
Aí cole esses números no lugar dos números do UUID antigo no arquivo /etc/fstab...
Li num post anterior que vc usa o MATE como interface gráfica, então para abrir o /etc/fstab use o pluma, editor de textos padrão do MATE, pelo terminal:
$ sudo pluma /etc/fstab
Aberto o arquivo, procure a linha referente à UUID da antiga swap, então delete os números da UUID antiga (em negrito e itálico abaixo) e cole no lugar deles os números da UUID nova:
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>

No final, seu /etc/fstab deve ficar assim:
