erro pip install ETS

tentando instalar e deu o seguinte erro

Também ocorre comigo.
Fecho o terminal e abro novamente e aplico o sudo de novo.
Geralmente instala bem na segudna tentativa.
Se alguém descobrir quero arrumar também.

sudo -H pip programatal
